Orders within the USA:

Due to supply chain issues your order may be delayed. Non Made-to-Order items ship 1-2 weeks from the time of order. New season Made-to-Order ships 4-6 weeks from the time of order. Please direct any inquiries to customerservice@fwordsgear.com

Currently we are offering complimentary two day shipping within the USA.  Shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive pendant on the destination within the United States.

International Orders:

International orders are shipped via USPS. We currently offer a promotional discounted shipping rate of $9.95 on international orders that is automatically applied at check out; however these shipments are subject to duties, taxes, handling costs, and other fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. The USPS is currently experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of Covid-19. We appreciate your patience. The USPS cannot guarantee delivery times, however, most international orders have been taking 14 - 21 business days to arrive (excluding holidays).

USA & International:

We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays and lost packages. If a package gets lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you and the carrier to find it.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

F.WORDS accepts unused, unwashed (or dry-cleaned), unworn and undamaged merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 15 days from the delivery date.

All items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging, including branded boxes, garment bags and dust bags. 

Gift Cards, Sale, & Custom/Special Order are final sale. Sale items can be exchanged or merchandise credit only.

F.WORDS reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements. For any questions, please contact: customerservice@fwordsgear.com

Please email customerservice@fwordsgear.com for your free domestic return shipping label. Please reference your order number and indicate whether it is a return or exchange.

We are unable to provide return labels on international orders, and therefore international return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please make note on the Commercial Invoice that these items are a return, and use each item's listed price as it's value.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within three to five business days of receiving your package. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Example: If a merchandise credit was used, and an item is returned, the merchandise credit will be reinstated as this was the original payment method.
